We initially carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (Fixed Wiring Test) to assess the safety and compliance of the electrical installation. 

Following that report, we advised the client what improvements were necessary to meet current standards. Working within a fully functional Auctioneers, we designed and installed a new LED lighting system fit for purpose and a major improvement from the original system.

• Disconnection and removal of redundant fluorescent lighting

• Installation of new ultra efficient, high lumen output LED lighting 

• Remedial works carried out to make the electrical system safe to use.
